It’s very rare that someone will only need one or two sessions, especially if they have long standing health issues. Consistency is key.

Weekly / bi-weekly sessions recommended in the beginning. Monthly sessions may be needed for maintenance if you suffer from chronic conditions, e.g. fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc.

Each crystal vibrates with its own healing frequency, depending on its unique structure, and connection to earth energies. In this treatment, I will use my pendulum to assess which of your chakras are out of balance & then an aura scan to see if there’s any other imbalances in your energy field. Once this has been determined, I’ll use my singing bowls, tuning forks and any other instruments that I think will be best to bring you back into balance.

The body is mainly made up of water, and water is a great conductor for sound.

Studies show that when certain sound vibrations travel through the body, such as 432hz, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation.

Reiki (Usui)

Usui Reiki is an energy healing technique which was rediscovered by a Japanese Dr, called Mikao Usui. It’s used for stress reduction and relaxation.

It’s the most commonly practiced form of reiki, but is not as powerful as the newer healing frequencies available to us at this time.

We all have life force energy or Qi, that constantly flows throughout our body, but this energy can stagnate or become blocked in certain areas, where there has been physical injury or emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki helps remove these blockages, in a similar way to acupuncture.

Angelic Reiki

We have lost our way and our connection to nature. Ayurveda uses science backed knowledge and practices to help bring us back into harmony with ourselves. This isn’t for anyone who is looking for a quick fix, it’s for those who’re ready for change.

In this session, we will dive deep into your health concerns, personality, lifestyle, emotions and more. Then I will come up with a personalised diet and lifestyle plan to suit you. The aim is to go slow and incorporate these new habits gradually. We can meet up again after a few weeks to discuss your progress and make any necessary changes.

A lot of the practices that are taught today are Ayurvedic based, most people just don’t realise. For example: getting light in your eyes on a morning to regulate the circadian rhythm, oil pulling and breathwork - to only name a few.

Today was my third visit to see Carlee. She began the session with acupuncture followed by a deep tissue massage. I suffer with a lot of pain around the neck and shoulders area and today it was quite severe. Carlee was able to identify which muscles were tense and in need of more attention. The massage felt relaxing and my neck and back felt much looser afterwards. I have booked another session as I feel that these massages really benefit me and relieve a lot of neck and shoulder pain. I really recommend Carlee as she is always professional and empathetic and her massage technique is excellent.
