It’s very rare that someone will only need one or two sessions, especially if they have long standing health issues. Consistency is key.

Weekly / bi-weekly sessions recommended in the beginning. Monthly sessions may be needed for maintenance if you suffer from chronic conditions, e.g. fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc.

Sound Healing

In this treatment, I will use my pendulum to assess which of your chakras are out of balance & then an aura scan to see if there’s any other imbalances in your energy field. Once this has been determined, I’ll use my singing bowls, tuning forks and any other instruments that I think will be best to bring you back into balance.

About sound healing:

The body is mainly made up of water, and water is a great conductor for sound.

Studies show that when certain sound vibrations travel through the body, such as 432hz, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation.

Sound can be used for all kinds of emotional and physical health problems.

Reiki (Usui)

Usui Reiki is an energy healing technique which was rediscovered by a Japanese Dr, called Mikao Usui. It’s used for stress reduction and relaxation.

It’s the most commonly practiced form of reiki, but is not as powerful as the newer healing frequencies available to us at this time.

We all have life force energy or Qi, that constantly flows throughout our body, but this energy can stagnate or become blocked in certain areas, where there has been physical injury or emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki helps remove these blockages, in a similar way to acupuncture.

A lovely experience from start to finish. I started acupuncture for fertility reasons, with the mix of reflexology , both treatments are fab, Carlee makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and is extremely good at her job! I would highly recommend anyone wanting a holistic treatment.
