During this therapy, herbal moxa sticks (mugwort) are lit and placed close to acupuncture points on your feet which are linked to the uterus, to give off a gentle heat.

muscles in the mother’s uterus, making
it more likely for the baby to stay in the
right position.

Usui Reiki is an energy healing technique which was rediscovered by a Japanese Dr, called Mikao Usui. It’s used for stress reduction and relaxation.

We all have life force energy or Qi, that constantly flows throughout our body, but this energy can stagnate or become blocked in certain areas, where there has been physical injury or emotional pain.
